"Useful guides, especially when you’re trying not to overspend"
I’ve been using thevaultproscooters.com to learn more about scooter parts and what’s actually worth buying. The how-to guides are helpful, especially since I’m careful with my money and don’t want to spend on the wrong parts. They made things a lot easier to understand before I bought anything. A few pages did feel a little short, so I still had to search around for more details, but overall it’s a solid site if you’re learning about pro scooters.

"Looked just like the photos, but the wait was annoying"
It ended up looking exactly like the pictures, so no surprises there, which I appreciated. I was just frustrated with how long I had to wait for it to arrive.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I was able to get around the site easily and find the scooter parts I needed without much hassle. Pages loaded fine on my end, and checkout was simple enough, not confusing or anything. The filters could maybe be a little better, but overall it worked good. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice rewards, but the points take a minute"
I’ve ordered a few scooter parts from here, and the loyalty rewards are a nice bonus. My points actually helped knock a little off my last order, which I appreciated. The only thing is they didn’t show up right away, and from the way it looked I assumed something was delayed or maybe hadn’t registered yet. They did update eventually, but I’m giving 4 stars because I wish that part was a bit faster.

I really like that The Vault isn’t just some shop selling parts and calling it a day, they’re actually out there with the riders, showing up at events, staying connected to local scooter stuff, and making it feel like they genuinely care about the community, which is cool to see.

I had a good visit overall. I needed help picking out grips, and the staff was really helpful and made it easier for me to decide. The only downside for me was that checkout felt a bit slow, so I was waiting longer than I expected.

I tried placing an order twice, thinking the scooter parts would be available, but both times they showed up as out of stock. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a hassle, so it was frustrating...

Ordered the complete scooter and, as far as I could tell, it came assembled the right way. I just tightened a couple of things to be safe, and my son was riding it later that same day
"Scooter feels smooth again"
I could tell right away after the repair that the scooter was riding much better. It feels smooth again, and I haven’t run into any issues since getting it back. Overall, it was fixed properly and has been good to ride.

"Product details felt a bit off"
I ordered this part because the description made it seem like it would fit my scooter, but what showed up didn’t really match what I expected. The info on the site was kind of vague, not sure how to explain it, but it just made the part sound more compatible than it actually was. Shipping was fine, but the listing definitely needs clearer details. It was frustrating having to sort it out afterward.

I ordered from thevaultproscooters.com and the tracking updates were easy to follow. I like to keep an eye on shipments, not because I’m impatient, but because I just want to know when to be around for delivery. I could tell when it shipped and when it was getting close, which was all I really needed. One update did come through a little late, but it wasn’t anything that caused a problem. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Solid setup overall..."
I ordered a deck and some wheels from thevaultproscooters, and honestly... everything turned out good. The quality feels solid, and it all fit the way it was supposed to. One of the wheels had a small scuff on it, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’ve been riding it for a little while now, and it’s held up well so far... I’d definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a brake and a few small parts for my scooter. They were listed as compatible. Not even close. Holes didn’t line up. Tried messing with it for a while. Still couldn’t use them. Frustrating after waiting for the order. The fitment info really needs to be better

The size chart worked well for my bars... it ended up being accurate. I just wish there were a few more examples to compare with, but overall it did the job

"I tried using the financing option..."
I tried using the financing option, but it got a little confusing once I got into it. The rates and monthly payment details didn’t really feel clear upfront, and by the time I found more info, checkout was already kind of annoying. Maybe it works better for some people, but for me it felt less straightforward than... I ended up backing out. I just wish they showed the important details earlier.

"Return was painless in the end"
I had to send back a scooter part that didn’t fit right, and I also asked a couple questions about the warranty. Support got back to me the next day and clearly explained what they needed from me. The refund took a bit longer to show up than I was hoping, but they were helpful and didn’t make the return a whole ordeal. Small win for me: I actually got it sorted without having to chase anyone down multiple times. Giving 4 stars because the process was smooth overall, just not the fastest.

Ordered from The Vault Pro Scooters shipping was faster than I expected. Got the tracking info quickly, and the box showed up in good shape. Wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but still came quicker than I thought it would. Only giving 4 stars because the updates could’ve been a little clearer, but overall, solid experience.

"They handled the backorder really thoughtfully"
I ordered a scooter part and found out it was on backorder, but the way they handled it made a big difference. They emailed me quickly to explain what was going on, and that kind of communication matters when you’re waiting on something you actually need.
It did take a little longer than a normal order, but they kept me in the loop and shipped it as soon as it came in. It reminded me that delays aren’t always the issue, it’s how a company deals with them. No stress at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Local pickup was a no-brainer"
I ordered from thevaultproscooters.com and went with local pickup because in my head it just felt like the easier shortcut than waiting around for shipping. The email came through quick, and when I got there, everything was already set aside and ready to go.
The staff was super chill, and I was in and out before I even had time to overthink it. If you’re nearby and don’t feel like dealing with delivery times, local pickup is kind of the obvious move. I’d definitely do it again...
